Gah! Anyways, I went to the gym and there was this one guy. I was really amazed because he was in a wheelchair and was there with no help working out. I'm not saying that handicapped people can't do the things we do--it was just really amazing. He had so much determination. But I got to talk to him and he was really cool. I learned that he had a wife and two children and he'd been disabled since he was twenty.

But I guess that goes to show you determination can help out. He said he wanted to compete in the Iron Man next year so he was training. I hope to see him win.
